  • No, we pre-authorize your credit card should something happen.

  • We accept all major credit cards and direct bank withdrawals.

  • Daily or weekly rentals are set up on your credit card or bank account as a recurring payment until the unit is returned.

  • No, GST will be added on your invoice.

  • Pickup and dropoff is in Eagle Ridge, we do not offer delivery.

  • Contact us immediately! If the unit is not reserved for another customer we can extend the time.

  • Absolutely, contact us and we’ll schedule a drop off and pro-rate your rental for time used.

Video Backup

  • Yes, we have converters compatible with PC or MAC

  • The video needs to be played at regular speed to record properly, so it depends how many recordings you would like to copy.

  • A 3 hour video file is typically 25mb

  • Yes, our scanner is PC/MAC compatible.

  • The scanner is very fast, if you can keep up an equally fast pace it should only take a few days, but for larger collections or if you’ll be reminiscing we suggest a couple of weeks.

  • An 8x10 at 300dpi is roughly 20mb, 600dpi is 60mb, 1200dpi is 120mb

NAS servers

  • Typically 4TB is where we suggest starting for photos and video, but if you’re streaming movies and keeping a small library of them 10TB would be a better option.
